ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Production Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Join our team at a leading Pharmaceutical/Medical device Manufacturing Client in Indianapolis, IN! We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Technician to join our team at Indianapolis, IN. This role requires extensive training and expertise in one or more functional areas within pharmaceutical manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aseptic filling and GMP compliance, with the ability to oversee and mentor team members while ensuring high-quality production standards.

  • Duration: 3+ Month Contract role

  • Shift: 7am-03:30pm (Mon-Fri)

  • Full time

  • Pharma experience - 2 years - important

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with GMP and company policies.

  • Operate, clean, and maintain aseptic filling equipment, including stopper prep, capping, and packaging.

  • Train and mentor manufacturing team members, ensuring adherence to SOPs and best practices.

  • Perform and verify arithmetic calculations required for product documentation.

  • Maintain a clean and controlled environment while following strict safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical) preferred.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including aseptic filling.

  • Strong understanding of GMP compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Ability to lead by example, train others, and foster a positive team environment.

  • Must be free from infectious diseases or open lesions, as required for open medicinal product manufacturing.
