Aerotek Machinist in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Title: Machinist

Job Description

As a Machinist, you will perform various setups including boring soft/hard jaws or using collet chucks. You will read blueprints and job routers to obtain product specifications with dimensions and tolerances ranging from .0005" to .005". You will machine stainless and high-temperature alloys such as HastX, Inconel, and 17-4. Additionally, you will set speeds, feeds, and depth of cut according to material specifications and use appropriate measuring tools and devices including bore gauges, calipers, micrometers, and pins.

This is a fully on-site position in Indianapolis, Indiana over on the west side.

Climate controlled machine shop, very clean with new machinery!
