  • Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment

  • Lead and assist Product Strategy and Lifecycle Management pursuits and practice development initiatives for complex products

  • Promote and participate in forums for sharing expertise, strengthening Deloitte's collective knowledge, and helping resolve our clients' challenges

The team

We provide operational know-how, digital technologies, advanced analytics, and industry-specific hybrid solutions to deliver unprecedented client value. Additionally, we improve operations, product, and material flow across the breadth of the value chain and create greater supply network synergy.

Required qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • Software Development (Agile Methodology / SAFe)

  • DevOps

  • Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

  • Software supplier collaboration

  • 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following:

  • Embedded controls systems development

  • Domain controller software development

  • Connected Product and Services

  • Cloud Development (GCP, AWS, Azure)

  • Experience in agile tooling (Jira, etc.), distributed code management (Git, etc.), and deployment strategies that support both iterative & continuous development

  • Application of agile engineering practices such as clean code, secure code, structured refactoring, test driven development, domain driven design, continuous integration and delivery

  • 10+ years consulting and/or industry experience in one of the following: Automotive, Industrial Products, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Medical Devices, Consumer Products

  • 5+ years consulting and/or industry experience with complex engineered products that are a combination of Hardware and Software

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with one or more of the following:

  • Requirements Management

  • Software Architecture and Design

  • PACE Architecture

  • Over-The-Air Updates

  • Test-Driven Development

  • AUTOSAR, ASPICE

  • Experience with formal UML architectural design tools

  • Project Management experience

  • MBA

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $137,700 to $ 299,500.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
