We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong skills in infrastructure, integration, and data analytics. The candidate has excellence experience in coordinating cross functional teams and supporting seamless deployment and integration across systems. The role requires robust project management experience, technical expertise, experience interpreting government requirements, and a data driven mindset to ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget and timelines.
*This position is on-site at any one of our Raytheon facilities.
What You Will Do
Develop project plans including goals, resource allocation, deliverables, milestones, and budget
Data-driven mindset to lead project planning in a cross-functional matrix organization including third party vendors ensuring systems are delivered on time and within budget with emphasis on data confidentiality, integrity, viability and compatibility across systems
Optimizing test environments and data flows to support seamless integration
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place.
Develop and implement technology roadmap deploys new systems, integrates existing systems with a goal of enhancing operations, risk mitigation, data analytics and process optimization
Documentation and Reporting – Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, projects plans, data flows diagrams, timeliness, test, and post-project evaluations, plan for continued maintenance
Facilitate project meetings, providing clear agendas and actionable items
Communication project status to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment
Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within financial constraints
Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting effective communication and teamwork
This position will include business travel
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically, requires Bachelor’s and 10 years of experience as a program/project manager or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of program/project management experience
Experience in program/project management
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Six Sigma, etc.)
Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Adobe Workfront, Jira, etc.)
Active and transferable U.S. government issued SECRET security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
An active and transferable US government issued security clearance is highly desired.
Master’s degree in project management, Cybersecurity or related field
PMP and/or PMX/CMX Certification HIGHLY Desired
Familiarity with GSS processes and technologies in the areas of application development, DT infrastructure and networking services, collaborative tools and technology, and risk analysis / reporting
Knowledge of formal Project Management methodologies
Strong ability to lead large, complex integration projects
Collaboration expert with experience in teaming environments
Familiarity with Agile project management methodology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritizing goals and setting clear expectations and deadlines to a team
Experience building effective collaborative relationships
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
