POSITION PURPOSE

Promotes the effective use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in order to streamline the organization through the use of automation and technology.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

  • Provides support and responds to issues for unique situations related to the Company’s ERP.

  • Updates and maintains user guides on how to use the ERP system.

  • Provides support and training to various organizations:Supply Chain, Material Services, Quality Assurance, etc. on effective use of the ERP and on other related company systems. Tests and/or registers defects, new requirement requests and enhancements with the ERP system and its supplier.May write up and create test environments.

  • Performs acceptance testing and develops test cases for defects and enhancements to the system.

  • Delivers recurrent training to the field on the use of automation and technology.

  • Coordinates new requirements across functional areas.

  • Responds to issues forwarded by Republic IT ticket system; provides after hours support as needed.

  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform this job.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.

  • High School diploma or GED required.

  • 1+ years of Airline or Aviation experience preferred

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Related systems experience (RAMCO, SAP or similar system).

  • Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, IT, or related area​

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Able to travel up to 10% of the time, including overnight travel.
