American Senior Communities is now hiring a Director of Clinical Development
Registered Nurse
The Director of Clinical Development provides training, education, resources and oversight for the Company's Infection Prevention and Control Program, employee development, and training programs with an emphasis on clinical education and excellence. The position will align with company strategic initiatives and ensure that the Infection Prevention and Staff Development roles at ASC are in line with leadership expectations at the facility and Home Office level.
Requirements
A passion from education, staff and program development.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Indiana RN license.
Minimum of three years clinical experience in Geriatric or Gerontology coupled with a minimum of one-year experience as a Departmental Manager in a long-term care facility.
Prior consulting experience preferred.
