Peerless Pump Company, a Grundfos subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for Key Accounts. The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining long-term strategic relationships with Key Account customers to drive revenue growth and establish Peerless as their preferred supplier. The individual will support Peerless Key Account orders through all phases of Peerless order entry and fulfillment processes. The CC will act as the key conduit of information between our domestic Key Accounts and the factory and be responsible for providing status updates on the current orders as well as acting as a focal point for developing delivery schedules for future projects. This position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor and will operate out of the Indianapolis, IN facility in a hybrid function.

Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported and qualified candidates must have the authorization to work in the USA without support.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Ensure value delivery, realization, and overall customer success for Key Accounts while acting as a principal lead for project execution, and review startup checklist, schedule startup, post startup product support, escalation, and schedule changes.

  • Develop and implement processes to drive the business forward, better serving the customer and the organization.

  • Oversee key customer lifecycle stages post sale to ensure a long-term business relationship is established.

  • Drive solutions with customer stakeholders; train and educate customers in fully adopting the solutions.

  • Be the Peerless interface with each Key Account’s required business tools for billing, shipping, installation scheduling, etc.

  • Act as a single point of contact for all information pertaining to customer orders.

  • Communicate with both technical and non-technical resources within the factory to obtain the information necessary to address customer questions and concerns.

  • Tie up loose ends for contract or order completion.

Your Background:

We imagine that you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in customer success management; ideally within a manufacturing environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Previous experience with SAP (including SAP CS module) is preferred.

  • Previous experience with account relationship and account management skills.

  • Experience with stakeholder management and the ability to interface with teams to help solve customer problems in the best way possible.

  • Ability to work 2-3 days a week onsite in our Indianapolis facility.

  • Action oriented and motivated to deliver high customer service results independently.

  • Resourceful, persistent, and agile; taking a holistic view of situations to drive the best creative solutions for the customer and Peerless.

  • Excellent critical reasoning skills and strong technical aptitude.
