Job Title: Cost Accounting Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cost Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating tasks related to migrating EMEA sites to fully loaded standard cost using labor routings in SAP, among other critical accounting functions. This role requires a solid understanding of cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costs within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate tasks required to migrate EMEA sites from current standard costing and related business procedures to fully loaded standard cost using labor routings in SAP.
Interface with Operations and Finance leadership to define accurate direct labor routing times and related labor and overhead rates. Oversee and test the upload of the labor routings and rates into SAP.
Oversee the application of inbound freight rates to all purchased raw materials in SAP.
Perform cost roll process for all manufactured items in SAP for all EMEA locations. Review the rolled-up costs and be prepared to explain variances to the standard cost in the C11 live environment.
Initiate transactions in the Q11 environment to test the account mapping and SAP system set up to ensure the desired results will be generated.
Support mock cutover efforts prior to the go-live date for each EMEA site.
Support go-live cutover efforts for each EMEA site. Coordinate the cost roll process and review actual results with expected outcomes.
Document lessons learned from each site to be incorporated into the cutover plan for each subsequent site.
Drive standardization of processes across all EMEA sites with regards to standard costs.
Essential Skills
Experienced in standard costs
Cost accounting
Inventory valuation
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Setting and maintaining standard costs
3-5 years of experience
Proficiency in SAP S3 ERP system
Ability to multi-task
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred, with IT or Finance specialization

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $43.00
