Description

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Analyst III to ensure organizational operations and procedures align with government and industry compliance standards. The Compliance Analyst III will research regulations, communicate requirements, and apply for necessary certifications. This temporary role is ideal for a professional with advanced analytical abilities and extensive experience in compliance management. This position is onsite in Indianapolis, IN 46214. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. There is potential for this position to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Research industry compliance regulations and policies.

• Evaluate internal operations and procedures for compliance.

• Analyze and update compliance policies and documentation.

• Communicate compliance policies and guidelines to management and relevant departments.

• Develop and execute new compliance policies and procedures as required.

• Apply for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.

• Establish and maintain a compliance recordkeeping system.

• Train employees on compliance requirements and updates.

• Maintain ongoing communication with regulators and manage follow-ups.

• Stay current with compliance requirements and regulatory amendments.

  Requirements

To qualify for the Compliance Analyst III role, you must have:

• A bachelor’s degree in a related industry field or equivalent experience.

• Compliance management certification (preferred).

• Proficiency in compliance management software.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
