Insight Global Client Success Manager in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Description

Our SaaS client is looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to provide ongoing support for 6-8 of their pharmaceutical clients. Responsibilities begin at the implementation phase of the software and continue throughout the entire duration of the partnership. Main responsibilities include: running client meetings, providing creative solutions for the clients, making sure the clients are using the software properly, monitoring client usage of the software, educating the client on any software upgrades, etc.
