Job Summary

The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business analysis support to CAI customers on small to medium projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide business analysis support to CAI customers on small to medium projects. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with the customer to gather all customer requirements, review the current website/documents, and develop a strategy for implementing a better, user-friendly, customer-centric website that meets all agency, State, and Federal requirements

  • Engage with the agency stakeholders and Account Manager to develop guidelines to completely rebrand the website and documents

  • Obtain management’s approval of the final branding for the website and documents

  • Work with all team members to ensure these requirements are met, and all changes are implemented to meet the approved branding defined in the overall strategy

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 15+ combined years of experience/expertise in designing secure enterprise-level websites meeting industry standards

  • Must provide at least one example of a successful project they completed using the recommended web development platform

  • 6-months experience designing websites that meet the ADA requirements listed at https://www.ada.gov. The website should meet the requirements without requiring any add-on tools

  • 5+ years combined experience in enterprise-level website branding/rebranding

  • 6-months experience designing websites and documents that meet the Plain Language requirements listed at www.plainlanguage.gov

  • 3 years’ experience/expertise working with customers on logo and website rebranding and design

  • 3years’ experience/expertise in creating content strategies for large enterprise-level websites and content providers

Preferred:

  • 3+ years’ experience creating business requirements for website content is desirable

  • 3+ years’ experience creating professional logos is desirable

  • 1+ year of experience with the marketing aesthetics of a customer centric website is desirable

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
