Ear Nose and Throat Care North has a full-time Ambulatory Triage LPN opportunity available. Ear Nose and Throat Care North is located at 8040 Clearvista Pkwy in Indianapolis, IN. The Ambulatory Triage LPN is responsible for addressing patient's condition/symptoms virtually, giving appropriate clinical direction, education, and recommendation(s) for disposition.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

• Vocational / Technical Degree (Required)

• Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) (Required)

• One to two years of ambulatory and/or triage experience in a clinical setting (Preferred)

• Possesses knowledge of necessary computer systems including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and network electronic medical records (EMR).

• Supports the mission, vision and PRIIDE values of Community Health Network.

• Utilizes critical thinking skills, education, mentoring, guidance, and interventions to achieve goals of care virtually.
