First Commonwealth Bank Operational Support Specialist in Indiana, Pennsylvania

Supports the lines of business at First Commonwealth Insurance Agency with various administrative and support tasks as directed. Primary responsibilities include working with policy and account information inside various agency system platforms. Establishes strong working relationships with management and insurance carriers to complete various tasks. Assists managers with policy renewals, data entry, quality control, and other client support tasks. Coordinates the completion of sponsorships, donations, work requests, special assignments, etc. Maintains current knowledge of agency insurance products and their benefits. Identifies and suggests solutions to customers as opportunities are presented and refers customer to appropriate agency contact as needed. Completes supportive tasks including but not limited to: overseeing agency emails and faxes; processing mail; depositing checks; printing, binding and mailing documents; ordering supplies: reserving training rooms: ordering and coordinating meals; electronic filing: answering the phone, etc. This role requires the maintenance of files and records for each client .

A High School diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in related positions required. Exceptional time management, multitasking skills and attention to detail are critical, as is the ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment. Proficient reading, writing, and grammar skills and applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office software are required, as well as strong communication and interpersonal relations skills. This is a hybrid role.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications _________

A High School diploma or equivalent required.

Two (2) years related experience required.

Exceptional time management, multitasking skills and attention to detail are critical, as is the ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment.

Proficient reading, writing and grammar skills along with applicable knowledge of Microsoft Office software are required. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A valid driver's license with the ability to travel is required.

Experience with Applied Epic, Employee Navigator and Form Fire are a plus but not necessary.

Must be able to work onsite as needed.
