Job Description:

Perform functional configuration, modification, and testing tasks for the ERP System, and the HCM moduleTime, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Compensation Management, and Organizational Management. Act as a liaison between departmental end-users and IT staff in the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of HCM components. Track and documents changes. Perform related duties as assigned. Must work at office 3-4 days/week & may work from home 1-2 days/week. Must live in the Independence, Ohio area.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2 years of experience which must include some experience in the following skills: Troubleshooting sap workflow issues; Creating SAP Human Resources reports; configuration within SAP payroll system; analyzing and creating test scenarios for HRSP (Human Resources Support Packages); Creating project documentation such as test plans, project plans and implementation plans; Using a Change Management Software. Position requires certificate: SAP Certified Business Associate with SAP ERP 6.0.
