Essential Functions & Primary Duties Research and advise on various legal issues including contract law, corporate law, securities law, and employment law Assist with corporate recordkeeping Develop and update internal policies and training programs on matters related to ethics, anti-corruption, and regulatory compliance Help in preparing reports and presentations for internal management Other responsibilities as assigned Preferred Qualifications Currently enrolled in an accredited U.S. law school, with completion of first year (1L) by the start of the internship Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Interest in Financial, benefits, and Insurance Industry Minimum Qualifications You must be at least 16 years old (or a work permit, if required) High School Diploma or GED required No experience is required #LI-TL1 #LI-Onsite CBIZ.Jobs Category: University REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION If you are a qualified individual with a disability you may request reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access this site as a result of your disability.
