Position Description

Based in Cleveland, OH, the position as an Analyst, Advanced Analytics will be responsible for providing expertise in analytics, machine learning, and automation across our 7 iconic brands. Reporting to our Manager of Pricing & Advanced Analytics, this will be a key role with visibility across all departments and direct access to senior leadership across the brands.

Essential responsibilities include:

• Support pricing analytics by providing price recommendations based on inputs such as item-level price elasticities and competitive data.

• Build and deploy automated pricing solutions to streamline processes, increase accuracy, and enable scale.

• Work with the Data Engineering team to provide context and framework as new data sources become available.

• Assist in driving various value creation opportunities across all departments including Operations, Human Recourses, Finance, and Real Estate.

• Summarize and synthesize core findings and provide recommendations based on data analysis - presenting to Heads of Marketing and Senior operators.

Desired skills and experience:

• History of academic success with 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, and problem solving.

• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python/R. Python highly preferred.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau a plus.

• Experience processing, filtering, and validating large quantities of data.

• Strong analytical skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task and function at a high level under tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to get up to speed quickly on new industries, businesses, and concepts.

• Above all else, a self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude and sense of humor.
