Insight Global is searching for Thiscandidatewillspearheadthelaunchofthenext-genhotboxdetector,overseeingtheentireproductlifecyclefrompricingtoprofitmargins.They'llactastheCEOoftheproduct,managingbothhardwareandsoftwareaspects,includingfirmware.Withamultimillion-dollarproductthatsellstorailroads and ensures locomotives are safely operating. Theyllhandle profit & loss,pitchingtobothcustomersandexecutives,andensuringthenext-generationcontrolsystemismarket-ready,whilethecurrentPMhandlesthelegacyproduct.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business or Engineering

• Business mindset and basic understanding of finance

• Owns Product ROI, Pricing Strategy, Volume, Profit/Loss

-Experience leading capital intensive projects and 3+ years of experience with product management with hardware, software, and firmware.

• Owns 5-year revenue and margin budget/forecast

-Develops customer value proposition

-8+ years of professional experience. -Experience within the railroad industry null
