Position Overview\ We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Production Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality visual assets for various digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency across social ads, print collateral, and other marketing materials. This role requires a strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and excellent project management skills to deliver projects on time and to specifications.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Design and create engaging social ads and print collateral that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Create and update digital assets for websites, emails, and landing pages.
• Develop templates for various digital campaigns and ensure they are up to date.
• Assist in the production of flyers, signs, and other promotional materials.
• Contribute to the design of internet listing site ads and Google Performance Ads.
• Support the team with social media content creation and email marketing design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in designing social ads and print collateral.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with landing page design and email marketing.
• Basic understanding of HTML5 and animation principles is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
