Liberty is now hiring for a full-time Incident Review Analyst position.
This role focuses on processing a high volume of reports pertaining to suspected abuse, neglect, fraud, exploitation, injury, death, and adverse events involving people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Day-to-day responsibilities of this position involve:
Accessing computer systems and databases
Reading and analyzing reports containing details regarding incidents and sentinel events
Using guidelines to appropriately code incidents
When necessary, sending follow up inquiries with clarifying questions
Communicating and collaborating with team members and various stakeholders
This is a fully virtual position which will allow you to work remotely from your home office. You will primarily work Mondays through Fridays, however you will be required to work every fifth weekend as well as two holidays annually (on rotation with other team members).
There is some flexibility with your schedule, however you will regularly work 8 hours each day and 40 hours each week.
As a full-time employee in this role, you can expect:
$21.64 per hour (approximately $45,000 annually)

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree
Ability to complete a high volume of work under tight timeframes
Self-motivated and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Computer proficiency
Solid analytical and decision making skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Experience in healthcare, human services, case management, service coordination, medical coding, or work in support of people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities is helpful.
