We are seeking a Manager, Technology Architecture, Solution Architect to spearhead our cloud infrastructure initiatives. This role requires a strategic leader proficient in managing cloud-based systems with a strong emphasis on security and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach using leading technologies such as Terraform and Python and have a proven track record in managing diverse teams in a multinational setting.

How you will contribute

Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud solutions focusing on security and scalability.

Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform to ensure efficient and repeatable deployment of cloud resources.

Manage a team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Collaborate with global teams to implement the 'follow the sun' on-call support model, ensuring high availability and performance across all regions.

Stay updated with the latest in cloud technology and security trends to keep our infrastructure ahead of potential threats.

Hands-on involvement in the development, deployment, and troubleshooting of our cloud infrastructure.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an engineering leadership role.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior engineering role.

  • Strong technical proficiency in Infrastructure as Code and at least one major programming language.

  • Proven track record in managing technical teams in a corporate environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is (USD 92,800.00-127,600.00) (CAD 89,700.00-112,150.00); the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
