Nexeo is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative,we have both full-time and part-time positions available. Situated in the picturesque Cache Valley area of Logan,Utah,this role offers the opportunity to be an integral part of delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Responsibilities

        Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer phone calls and emails.

        Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services.

        Address customer inquiries,concerns,and feedback in a courteous and timely manner.

        Follow provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency in customer interactions.

        Collaborate with team members and other departments to effectively resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

        Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred (minimum 1 year).

        Exceptional communication skills,both verbal and written.

        Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

        Proficiency in Microsoft Suite,email,internet navigation,and Google Suite.

        Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and procedures.

        Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

        Outdoor enthusiast with a love for camping preferred.

        Strong technical skills desirable.

Pay

$16.50 - $18.00 Per Hour

Full Time Option 2: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Friday | 7:30am - 5:30pm

Part Time Option: 4:30pm 9:00pm
