Healthfirst Sales & Community Engagement Strategic Planning Specialist in Hybrid, New York

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Facilitates cross-functional collaboration through regular retail site visits and daily coordination with multiple stakeholders including Sales, Member Services, EDS, Brand/Marketing, Facilities, Fleet, Technology/IT, Compliance to support existing retail sites.

  • Identifies and resolves specific operational and business issues in a timely manner, assuming an active role in driving root cause analysis and proactively remediating issues and anticipated risks.

  • Identifies opportunities for retail site enhancements, process improvement and efficiencies to improve member and prospect experience at retail locations.

  • Supports implementation of processes/P&Ps.

  • Helps in the development of training materials and delivery of training on systems, tools, processes for Sales/MS.

  • Coordinates staff scheduling for all LoB at retail sites.

  • Provides operational/project management support for retail initiatives and special projects (e.g., customer amenities, new retail sites roll-outs, etc.)

  • Assists on sales production/ad hoc data collection and reporting.

  • Additionally, the Specialist will support Community Engagement operations as follows:

  • Conducts research on competitors community events.

  • Supports the development and administration of CE Resource Center and other tools and resources to enhance CE effectiveness.

  • Supports the development of P&Ps for CE.

  • Maintains/updates various Salesforce weekly/monthly and ad-hoc business unit data collection, dashboard analysis and reporting (events tracking, leads generation, leads to enrollment conversions, Look Ahead Calendar etc.)

  • Assists with systems development/enhancements including Salesforce to support CE operations.

  • Perform various enterprise project coordination and administrative support functions (templates, project/outcome trackers, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates Degree from an accredited university

  • Handle multiple tasks with a proactive, flexible approach to changing priorities

  • Advanced level experience in MS Suite Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proven ability to lead and deliver on strategic initiatives

  • Must be willing and able to travel to assigned retail sites

Preferred

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution

  • Database Analysis and Reporting, and Project Management experience
