Material Handler Position - Spanish Speakers Welcome!

Nexeo HR is seeking Material Handlers for a Distribution Center in St. George,UT area. This role is crucial for ensuring that products are accurately picked,labeled,scanned,received,sorted,staged,wrapped,and stocked. We prioritize safety,quality,and efficiency to guarantee our merchandise is ready for prompt customer delivery. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and label merchandise from primary locations.
• Use hand-held scanners to scan,receive,and stage inbound merchandise.
• Identify and sort merchandise accurately,handle damaged goods,and prepare orders for transport.
• Utilize forklifts,pallet jacks,or by hand to unload merchandise,stage it in the scanning area,and deliver it to designated areas.
• Maintain pick locations,and communicate stocking errors and discrepancies to co-workers and supervisors.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma preferred. 
• Commitment to high safety standards and compliance with all safety policies and practices. 
• Excellent attendance and reliability. 
• Willingness to work overtime as needed. 
• Good comprehension,organizational,and math skills. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to interact effectively with other departments and all levels of management. 
• Ability to maintain accurate records and prioritize work to meet deadlines. 
• Team player with a positive attitude. 
• Power Equipment certification is a plus but not required. (e.g.,electric power jack,walker/rider,forklift)
• Ability to read,write,and speak English or Spanish. 

Pay:

$17.15 - $17.75 Per Hour

Schedule:

Day Shift | Monday Thursday | 6:00am 3:00pm & Friday 6:00am 11:00am
