President/CEO - Huron Chamber and Visitors Bureau Reports To: Board of Directors | Full-time, Exempt

What Youll Do:

• Lead and Inspire: Set the strategy, implement goals, and keep everything running smoothly.
• Build and Maintain Relationships: Engage with businesses, government, and community leaders to grow Hurons economy.
• Manage the Team: Hire, train, and support staff while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Oversee Finances: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.
• Be the Voice of the Chamber: Represent and advocate for businesses on key issues.
• Boost Membership and Tourism: Grow our network, support events, and promote Huron as a top destination.
• Stay in the Know: Connect with local, state, and national organizations to bring fresh ideas and opportunities to the community.

What You Bring to the Table:

• A college degree (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership, marketing, and financial skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in advocacy, tourism, and economic development.
• Tech-savvy with tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and communication platforms.
• Passion for making a real impact in the community!
