COLSA Corporation Subcontract Administrator in Huntsville, Alabama
Responsible for the solicitation, evaluation, award, and administration of high dollar valued subcontracts
Responsible for the coordination, oversight and processing of subcontractor invoices
Coordinate the development or compiling of information from other departments related to assigned work.
Responsible for the cost system setup and system update according to contractual requirements
Responsible for the preparation, management and reporting of monthly subcontractor accruals.
Responsible for the coordination and completion of subcontractor closeout packages according to regulations and contractual requirements
Prepares and presents written and/or oral reports on assigned work as requested.
Responsible for the subcontracts Post-Award Administration and may assist with contracts Post-Award administration
May interface with senior COLSA leadership and customer representatives
Serves as primary contact for customers and others.

Required SkillsRequired Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related field
Minimum of six years related experience required
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
U.S. Citizenship required. Must be willing and able to pass criminal background check prior to hire.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with or demonstrated familiarity with Large Complex IDIQ prime award contracts (AMCOM Express , OASIS, GSA, Seaport E as examples)
NCMA certification is a favorable consideration, but not required.
Contracts/Procurement focused major
Experience with Deltek CostPoint
