Aerotek Structures Mechanic in Huntsville, Alabama

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Structures Mechanic with expertise in military helicopter repairs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with structural repairs and maintenance, ensuring helicopters are in optimal condition for mission readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform structural repairs and maintenance on military helicopters, including fuselage, rotor systems, and landing gear.

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose structural issues and component failures.

  • Utilize precision tools and equipment to carry out repairs and replacements.

  • Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Ensure all repairs and modifications adhere to military specifications and safety standards.

  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to complete repair projects efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.

  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
