Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a talented Senior Ground Test Engineer in Huntsville, AL. You will execute MDA systems engineering processes for THAAD ground test events, ensuring test planning and data generation meet Missile Defense System requirements. Responsibilities include leading THAAD Ground Test, Flight Test, and other events through all phases: planning, pre-mission, on-site, execution, and post-mission analysis. You will conduct studies and analyses to support THAAD system development, testing, and operation, develop defense designs for ground tests, flight tests, wargames, exercises, and real-world deployments, and maintain tools to support analysis efforts. Clear communication, both oral and written, and delivering technical presentations for senior leadership are essential. You will work in areas such as systems architecture, systems engineering, modeling & simulation, sensors, command & control, missiles, and targets.

Skills and Requirements

• 7+ years of experience

• Ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance

• Understanding of MDA System Engineering null
