SAIC is seeking a multifaceted Senior IT System Integration Analyst with a keen emphasis on cybersecurity and network engineering to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama.

This role involves evaluating and integrating complex systems with an eye on secure, robust network infrastructure. The analyst will be pivotal in designing solutions that not only bring together disparate IT components but also ensure these integrations uphold the highest standards of security and network performance.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough cybersecurity risk assessments for system integrations, ensuring all new and existing systems comply with the latest security protocols and standards.

• Design and execute strategies for system integration that prioritize secure data practices and robust network architecture.

• Collaborate closely with the cybersecurity team to embed best practices for security within the integrated system's life cycle.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and interconnection of networking equipment, ensuring reliable and secure network performance.

• Identify necessary network adjustments and optimizations post-integration to maintain security and functionality.

• Collaborate with network engineering teams to implement network integration with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.

• Ensure the secure and effective integration of IT systems within cloud-based, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for network security and integrity.

• Lead cross-departmental initiatives to provide system integration solutions that are not only efficient but also resilient to cyber threats.

• Maintain awareness of trends and advancements in system integration, cybersecurity practices, and network engineering technologies.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.

Qualifications:

• Experience in system integration with a strong background in cybersecurity and network engineering.

• Demonstrated knowledge of current cybersecurity frameworks, threat landscapes, and risk management principles.

• Proficiency with network architecture, including hands-on experience with network devices, protocols, and services.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCNA, or similar credentials in cybersecurity and network engineering are highly desirable.

• Proven ability to design and execute secure system integrations in complex IT environments.

• Familiarity with compliance standards and regulations related to cybersecurity.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various IT teams.

Clearance:

Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a full Secret clearance; Minimum of an Interim Secret clearance required to start.
