Required Skills
6+ years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing
5+ years of specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions
5+ years concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems and training customers in the use of software and hardware
Certification: Security+ and Microsoft SCCM
Active Secret and eligible for TS/SCI security clearance
Required Experience
15+ years of prior experience in Information Technology
4+ years managing a technical support team
Expert knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and productivity software (MS Office365)
Administration of Active Directory and group policies, Office 365, Cisco Networking, VMware vSphere
Self-motivated with a knack for new technologies, possess analytical and troubleshooting skills, and thrive in high-pressure dynamic environments
Familiar with vendor specific infrastructure to include HPE, Cohesity, Rubrik, SolarWinds, VMware, APC, Dell, Nutanix, Cisco and Juniper.
Desired Qualifications:
SIPR, SCI, or SAP network support
CISSP certification
