Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated Senior BusinessSpecialist to support our growing company initiatives. The Senior Business Specialist is responsible for the maintenance, security, automation, and integration of JAMIS ERP systems. This role involves creating and maintaining uniform reports, managing system upgrades, ensuring data security, configuration control and automating processes to improve efficiency and strengthen data integrity. The Business Systems Specialist collaborates with internal teams to ensure that the JAMIS system meets the needs of the organization while supporting integration with other business systems.

Duties Include:

• Maintain and manage company business systems to include JAMIS ERP systems and HUMANIC, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
• Develop and maintain uniform reports and dashboards to meet the needs of various departments.
• Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and government regulations within JAMIS.
• Implement and maintain internal controls within the ERP System
• Automate processes within JAMIS to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.
• Integrate JAMIS with other business systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and communication between platforms.
• Perform system updates and upgrades, ensuring compatibility with other systems and business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for JAMIS users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Work with the finance, HR, Program Management and other departments to ensure that the JAMIS system meets their reporting and process requirements.
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to optimize system usage.
• Support DCAA and DCMA Business System Audits
• Support CMMC certification

Requirements:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelors degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in managing ERP systems. Experience with report writing, data integration, and system automation.
• Working experience in Government Contractor Industry
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship is a requirement for positions requiring a Security Clearance.

Requires ability to:

• Strong proficiency in JAMIS ERP, including report writing, data management, and security protocols.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP integration with other systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

• Office, Lab, Warehouse, Field environment and Remote

Physical Requirements

• Sitting for extended periods of time at desk, in telecoms/MSTeams/meetings with peers, management
• Lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to use stairs or elevators for access between floors and multiple buildings at customer worksites and Invariant facilities
