Description

Required Skills and Abilities:

-Previous restaurant serving experience required

-Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written

-Flexible availability to work holidays and weekends and at least two (2) to three (3) PM shifts a week

-Current Alcohol Beverage Control and Food Handlers certification required

-Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least 8 hours and work in a fast pace environment

-Able to carry at least 15 pounds

Job Description:

- Take food and beverage orders in a polite and friendly manner from guests for in room dining.

-Quality check food order and ensure presentation is flawless prior to delivery to guest.

-Set up dining tray with food, beverages and dining ware and quickly deliver to guests in a hospitable manner.

-Conduct multiple floor sweeps through shift and retrieve all food and beverage trays.

-Listen and respond to customer needs, issues, comments and problems and take initiative to resolve.
