Crescent Hotels and Resorts Restaurant Bartender Part-Time in Huntsville, Alabama

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must Have State Of Alabama Alcohol & beverage Serving Certificate/Food Handler Certificate.

  • Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks.

  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations.

  • Check customers’ identification to confirm legal drinking age.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bar area.

  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.

  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender or in a related role.

  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.

  • Basic math skills for handling cash.

  • Knowledge of local and state alcohol regulations.
