[IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Program Integrator (501374) to support a customer on Redstone Arsenal.

Program Integrator position supports the Product Office within the H60 Development and Modernization Program Office, by recommending, planning, integrating, coordinating, and executing, the implementation of all DoD Acquisition program requirements as assigned and directed by the Deputy Product Manager and Product Manager for supported products and efforts.

Coordinates and resolve program management activities including business, technical, and logistical issues for multiple H60 Dev/Mod projects.

Resolve taskers and develop information status briefings for project management oversight.

Develop and manage overall Program Milestone briefing material, including overarching milestone schedule

Assist the APM and PdM in the development of both an executable spend plan that meets the overall needs of a program and development of a program budget to fully support a programs long term funding requirements using the DoDs Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Develop and review contracting and acquisition documents, MTA Statutory and Regulatory documents, Milestone, and Phase information requirements (e.g., Contract PWS, Acquisition CDDs, CPDs, Systems Engineering Plans, Test Engineering Master Plans, etc.) and translate the requirements listed to produce the required capability.

Lead the establishment of program plans to include milestones, entrance, and exit criteria, managing cost, schedule, and performance.

Lead the development and documentation of technical and contract requirements throughout Army Project Office.

Work with Army Project Office programs to assess program/project technical risks related to commonality and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Lead arrangement for technical support of the program or technology by other internal and external organizations, managing controversial issues, and furnishing policy guidance to other personnel or outside organizations.

Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.

Incorporate contractual changes into control systems by staying aware of outstanding work against each contract in order to maintain realistic contract cost and schedule baselines.

Plan, integrate, coordinate strategic communications across various Organizational Teams and Functional Branches - Technical, Logistics and Business, as well as with other internal and external agencies.

Prepare and come up with new strategies to increase the output for the Product Office.

Assimilate information from numerous sources and provide recommendations to leadership.

Develop, write and staff briefings to officials/groups in the Project/Product Office
