Eagle Harbor is an emerging specialty consulting firm focused on providing innovative strategic planning, project development, and management solutions. We are a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and owned by the Village of Old Harbor, Kodiak Island, Alaska.
Duties
Administrative support requirements include planning, coordinating, and managing administrative & financial functions in support of Government projects and programs. The Administrative Assistant works independently and coordinates with government Financial Analysts and Program Managers in managing financial reporting and process operations including but not limited to:
Independently track, prepare, and submit financial reports using the Unified Financial Management System (UFMS) and commercial software.
Support the execution, management, and accounting of Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) acquisitions and processing.
Support the execution, management and accounting of financial documents including expense reports, travel vouchers, and invoices.
Independently reviews, tracks, and manages financial records and other documents associated with contracts and Government travel, labor and other direct costs.
Registering visitors and facilitating access to Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
Inventory and account for training course supplies and equipment.
Administrative Support Minimum Requirements :
High School Graduate with 5-10 years of office management experience
Microsoft Office Suite qualifications.
Strong research, verbal, and written communications skills
Must be able to successfully pass a DOJ/ATF public trust background investigation
Must not be prohibited from possessing and transferring explosive materials as defined in Title 18, United States Code, Section 1102, Chapter 40
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from accredited universitycoupled with 10 years administrative support experience
Experience in an administrative role supporting law enforcement agencies
Experience in an administrative role supporting adult training and/or education programs
