IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual as a Pricing and Project Control Manager to support the corporate office located in Huntsville, AL. Individual must be detail-oriented, highly motivated, a self-starter able to manage tight deadlines and multi-task on multiple efforts simultaneously. Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to provide information and service to a wide range of internal and external contacts.

Job Responsibilities:

• As the Pricing Manager Responsible for leading in the development and preparation of pricing proposals as a Prime contractor or Subcontractor for various types of proposals (TandM, FFP, Cost Plus) in a fast, dynamic environment with a supportive network.
• Responsible for assisting in the review and the execution of all Requests for Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Quotes (RFQs) requirements to prepare responsive pricing strategy, templates and schedules as required.
• Ability to teach, coach/mentor, and lead the team in pricing strategies while working collaboratively across corporate and technical divisions.
• As a Project Control Manager, you will also manage our Project Control department to ensure proper budgeting, management and tracking of employee hours/funding and direct travel requirements along with reconciling monthly Prime and Subcontractor invoices and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company polices and procedures, JTR/FTR and contractual requirements.
• Maintains auditable files and cooperates with government audits and requests as needed.
• Significant and daily interface with Contracts, Accounting, Proposal Teams, Tasks Leads/Director/Vice-Presidents.
• Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

A Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar discipline is required.

A minimum of ten (10) years of project control experience in federal government contractor opportunities including

budgeting and financial management.

At least five (5) years management/supervisory experience preferred.

Experienced pricing both EXPRESS and OASIS Task Orders preferred.

Must possess advanced MS Excel skills to include PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables. (MS Word and MS Project knowledge a plus)
