Nou Systems, Inc Missile Defense C3BM Principle Systems Engineer in Huntsville, Alabama

Salary Range:$104,000.00 To $168,000.00 Annually

We are pleased to announce the opening for a Missile Defense C3BM Principle Systems Engineer, who will join our Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, Alabama and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team that supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs.

Responsibilities:

Youll be:

  • Providing interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements.
  • Participating in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals.
  • Supporting critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Masters degree and 12+ years relevant experience
  • You must possess or can obtain an Active SECRET clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of LRDR and TPY-2 (FBM) interoperability required.
  • Proficiency in system engineering and execution processes.
  • Able to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations.
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts.
