Join us at KBR, Missile Aviation and Ground Systems as a Senior Logistics Analyst, where you'll perform as a member of the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC), Logistics, Training Aids Devices Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) support Team, driving requirements, development, testing, and fielding of TADSS for multiple weapons systems for both US and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Partners. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provides logistical analysis support to the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, in support of development, procurement, and sustainment of training, training devices, simulation software, and training materials.

  • Review tactical equipment Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for modifications that impact Logistics training requirements.

  • Participate in integrated product team meetings in support of PATRIOT Technical Data Package (TDP) reviews, preparation in applying mandated modification work orders and PATRIOT Multi-Echelon Training (P-MET), PATRIOT Skills Library (PSL), and Multi-Player Training (MPT) continued development.

  • Provide planning, scheduling, coordination, conduct data collection, and reporting for several recurring semi-annual and quarterly multi-National meetings, working groups, and test events.

  • Conduct training scenario validations for P-MET, PSL, and MPT software and Computer Aided Procedures (CAPs) software.

  • Conduct independent analysis of publications requirements and respond to a broad spectrum of post-fielding logistics questions for accuracy and releasability to support International Customers.

  • Review training plans and run scenario validations in the PATRIOT training lab to ensure they are in line with the individual international customer’s operational and maintenance concept needs.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: BS/BA and 5 years’ experience; HS and 13 years of specialized military experience in related field.

  • Type Experience: Held the military occupational specialty 27X / 35S / 94S PATRIOT System Repairer; 948D6D Electronic Missile Maintenance Officer; 14E PATRIOT Fire Control Enhanced Operator Maintainer; 140E / 140L Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Systems Technician.

  • Clearance: Hold a current Secret clearance or be able to obtain one.

  • Required Skills: PATRIOT MEI Subject Matter Expert, PATRIOT Maintenance (IM and OM) troubleshooting experience, PATRIOT MEI operation, use and operation of PATRIOT related Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).

  • Desired Skills: Instructor experience, Training Support Package interaction, and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.

  • Special Requirements and Qualifications: 20-30% travel during peak requirements, overtime as required to meet mission, must be able to lift, carry, manipulate test equipment / TMDE, must be able to climb PATRIOT MEIs to perform testing and data collection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Former military with military occupational specialties 94S, 948D, 14E, 140L, or 140E are preferable. Knowledge and / or experience with CAPS procedures, and IDSS is a plus.
