Financial Program Control Analyst

Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated experienced

Financial Program Control Analyst

to help us support and grow with our current government customers.

Duties Include:

  • Track available labor, travel, and materials funds on contract.
  • Development and monitoring of budgets and EACs.
  • Development of Annual Operating Plan
  • Prepare Proposal Pricing models and write Cost Narratives
  • Assist in timely delivery of contract deliverables such as cost reports and technical reports.
  • Perform project set-up and maintenance in accounting system for multiple contract types including TandM, CPFF, and FFP.
  • Assist in qualification review to ensure employees are charging to appropriate labor categories.
  • Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
  • Execute monthly invoicing process.
  • Review and process Revenue
  • Identify potential financial challenges to project execution before they become critical.
  • Provide training to staff on timecard completion and compliance.

Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of a BS degree or higher in Accounting, Finance,

or other business-related degree f

rom an accredited college/university and at least 3 years of DoD experience.

  • Conducting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the financial aspects of projects or programs.
  • Working with government contracts, understanding contract terms and conditions, and complying with government requirements

Preferred qualifications include

familiarity with some or all, of the following:

  • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
