Invariant Corporation is seeking a talented and motivated experienced
Financial Program Control Analyst
to help us support and grow with our current government customers.
Duties Include:
- Track available labor, travel, and materials funds on contract.
- Development and monitoring of budgets and EACs.
- Development of Annual Operating Plan
- Prepare Proposal Pricing models and write Cost Narratives
- Assist in timely delivery of contract deliverables such as cost reports and technical reports.
- Perform project set-up and maintenance in accounting system for multiple contract types including TandM, CPFF, and FFP.
- Assist in qualification review to ensure employees are charging to appropriate labor categories.
- Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.
- Execute monthly invoicing process.
- Review and process Revenue
- Identify potential financial challenges to project execution before they become critical.
- Provide training to staff on timecard completion and compliance.

Requirements:
Candidate must have a minimum of a BS degree or higher in Accounting, Finance,
or other business-related degree f
rom an accredited college/university and at least 3 years of DoD experience.
- Conducting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitoring, tracking, and analyzing the financial aspects of projects or programs.
- Working with government contracts, understanding contract terms and conditions, and complying with government requirements

Preferred qualifications include
familiarity with some or all, of the following:
