This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Position Summary
HII All Domain Operations is seeking a Senior System Engineer to lead a TACLANE study for the US Air Force. The selected candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and be capable of interpreting network and system diagrams, eliciting design details from system owners.

What you will do
Communicate and document system requirements, design, architecture, and performance using model-based reports, diagrams, charts, and presentations.
Collaborate with engineers, Subject Matter Experts, and managers across different disciplines and domains to ensure the study meets the desired objectives and specifications on a very aggressive timeline to achieve study goals.
What we are looking for
Must have 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
Must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data to include modeling and incorporating into succinct and comprehensive reports.
Must be proficient in creating reports and presentations with Microsoft Office 365 products.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical information to clients, stakeholders, and team members in a clear and concise manner.
Self-starter able to work independently and as part of a larger professional team.
Previous AFSOC engineering experience.
Must have a current or active DoD secret security clearance.
