Position Description:

US CITIZENSHIP AND ACTIVE TOP SECRET CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED

CGI Federal is currently seeking Business Analysts with active Top-Secret clearances to support a large project for a federal government client. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Analyze processes and re-engineering, understanding technical problems and solutions in relation to the current and future business environment.

Recommend and facilitate quality improvement efforts.

Integrate new processes with existing ones and communicate these changes to impacted Business Systems teams.

Provide technical guidance to a cross-functional, agile team.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on complex technical issues or business strategy.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Minimum of 8-10 years' experience as a Business Analyst.

Conduct data and systems analysis on impacted modules within platform and enterprise service/source system layers.

Familiarity with various Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile.

Experience in building and maintaining complex systems, with strong troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization to draw business-relevant conclusions.

Expertise in planning and conducting facilitative sessions for requirements gathering.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.

Excellent communication skills in a client-facing role.

Experience with Atlassian Software products (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk, etc.)

Active Top-Secret clearance.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300.00 - $150,200.00.
