Description: Lockheed Martin Sikorsky Army and Air Force Systems (AAFS) is currently seeking a highly motivated and proactive professional to serve as the Business Performance and Control Account Manager for the BLACK HAWK Research and Development (BH R&D) portfolio. This includes managing critical business functions of the Earned Value (EV) business rhythm, Risk and Opportunity (R&O), cyber security, Work Force Analytics (WFA), and Contractor Performance Assessment and Reporting System (CPARS). The BH R&D Business Performance and Control Account Manager will be responsible for managing Dx initiatives and coordinating internal and external program level reviews. Further, the successful candidate will support the BH R&D Associate Program Managers through maintaining Control Account data and Performance Measurements Manager (PMM )reporting.

The successful candidate will report directly to the BH R&D Program Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college

Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

Desired Skills:

The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of Program Management principles and the ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making.

Ability to establish priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and successfully resolve complex matters/issues, all in the midst of changing priorities.

Organized and accountable.

Demonstrated ability to guide, direct, and impact the business.

Strong business acumen and an understanding of how programs support overall business strategy.

Experience with PMM, Tableau / Confluence, PM Compass, Open Plan, ROADS, and VIPER preferred.

Preferred CAM experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
