Job Title: Assembly Technician
Job Description
We are seeking 30 Assembly Technicians to join our team and support an exciting project through December 2025. Your responsibilities will include precision assembly of rocket engine components such as combustion devices, valves, turbomachinery, and avionics. You will be involved in root cause and diagnostic component disassembly, repair, and work. Your duties will also include nitrogen and helium leak testing, preparation for environmental testing, and hydro proof structural testing of components. You will help maintain strict cleanliness requirements and support the design, procurement, installation, and integration of custom manufacturing and test equipment. Furthermore, you will be expected to identify, develop, and deploy new manufacturing methods to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimize build schedule.

Creating and maintaining strict cleanliness requirements

Help maintain inventory of tooling and equipment
Identify, develop, and deploy new manufacturing methods
Support the development of manufacturing work instructions
Identify non-conformances and escapes, support and deploy corrective actions
Soft Skills
Ability to read GD&T
Aerospace, Aviation, or Automotive experiences

This is a contract position with a duration of 2 Year(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Alabama.
Work Environment
Our workplace is a new Rocket Engine manufacturing facility. The facility is very clean, climate-controlled, and equipped with new machinery. We also have a clean room on site.
