Education:

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university.

Months/Years of Experience:

Nine(9) years of experience in one of the following areas, as related to the respective job required: Communication, Logistics, Operations, Finance, Personnel/Human Resource Management, Program Management, Process Improvement, Safety, Security, and Environmental specialties; or an Associate's Degree and eleven (11) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area; or thirteen (13) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or thirteen (13) years of military training in the specialty area, or a combination thereof. Additional specialization requirements: Management Analyst - six (6) years of the required experience must include experience analyzing financial and other data, gathering and analyzing information regarding systems and/or procedures to provide recommendations for improving efficiency, analyzing and reporting business activity and compiling statistical reports. - Process Analyst - six (6) years of the required experience must include experience developing and leading process improvements and possess a Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt certification.

Required Qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen and have or be able to obtain a security clearance.

Duties:

Development and oversight of RTES Quality Program inclusive of the Quality Assurance program, quality training, configuration control of RTES policies, and partnership with RDSS contract partners in the overall support of the RTC Quality Program. Conduct Quality Escape Management Reviews. Address any quality concerns with customer and seek to resolve concerns expeditiously.
