Overview

i3 is seeking an Air and Missile Defense (AMD) Analysis Team Product Owner (PO) who will work as a member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office (PO).

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and prioritization of the Analysis team.

• Work with Solution management in setting priorities of the team for each product increment and sprint.

• Provide technical briefings and advisement to leadership on the status and recommended courses of action, competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts on the IFMC mission.

Qualifications

The candidate must:

• Be fluent in the Microsoft Office toolset.

• Be a U.S. citizen.

• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance or higher.

• Have a bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in engineering, the sciences, or mathematics.

• Have a minimum of 7 years combined Government/DoD experience in performing the essential duties listed above.

• Have experience running end-to-end simulations of missile defense systems and performing post run analysis.

• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership.

• Ability to work with multiple customers and prioritize competing requests with management support.

  Other Qualifications:

  An additional plus is knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS. Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM or KANBAN team is a plus.
