What You’ll Do

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Running a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.

  • Setting restaurant goals and creating action plans with your leadership team to achieve success.

  • Leading and mentoring Department and Shift Managers by setting goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to improve their departments.

  • Building and developing a high-performing team to ensure the future success of your restaurant.

  • Creating a culture of excellence by fostering energy, purpose, and guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick-service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.

  • People Focus: Passionate about developing and leading teams, with strong coaching and mentoring skills.

  • Goal-Oriented: Excited by the challenge of driving results, achieving targets, and building a thriving business.

  • Must be 18 years or older.
