Key Responsibilities

• Estimate all materials, labor, and equipment costs based on project plans and specifications.
• Prepare competitive bids by creating detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Utilize MS Excel, CRM, Bluebeam, and proprietary tools for precise cost calculations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in construction estimating, ideally within Type 5 and high-rise multi-family and hospitality sectors.
• A bachelors degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field preferred. CPE, CCP, LEED certification is a plus.
• Proficient in estimating processes, strong analytical skills, and deep understanding of construction methods and costing.
