Our client, a leader in the light industrial sector, is seeking an Assembly Line Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Line Operator, you will be part of a dynamic manufacturing environment supporting the production of high-quality autoglass. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Line Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain various types of manufacturing equipment and hand tools efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and 5S/housekeeping standards.

• Finish autoglass products in a safe and timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• 1 year of experience in manufacturing preferred.

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to complete all required screenings prior to starting.
