Busy ready mix concrete supplier with multiple locations in Northeastern & Southeastern Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Concrete Order Taker / Dispatcher

The position requires:

• Excellent People Skills
• Previous rapid response dispatch experience (A plus but not required)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional people skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
• Eagerness to achieve and maintain a level of excellence in customer service
• Ability to work productively with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in high pressure situations under tight deadlines
• Prepares work schedules and assigns workloads.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Must be able to work as Strong Team Player
