HUNTINGDON ELECTRIC MOTOR SERVICE Technician (Mechanical) in HUNTINGDON, Pennsylvania

Technician (Mechanical)

Duties:

Perform various manual labor tasks as assigned Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks

Assist with the assembly and fabrication of products

Operate forklifts (training available) and other warehouse equipment as needed

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

Working knowledge of basic mechanical operations and Mechanical reasoning ability

Ability to learn mechanical processes and tasks

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Ability to lift heavy objects (*50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks

Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures

As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of manual labor tasks. You will use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assigned tasks such as assembly and general maintenance. The ability to follow instructions, work independently or as part of a team, and prioritize tasks is essential for success in this role. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools and power tools are required.
