Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Maintenance in planning and organizing maintenance activities.
- Help oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Coordinate and perform preventative maintenance to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.
- Support facility inspections and audits to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance management or a related field.
